A clear scope before we begin. Pricing depends on roof size, pitch, height, access, and gutter scope. Minor maintenance addresses suitable exposed fasteners and small sealant issues. Replacement parts and larger repairs are quoted separately for approval. Appalachian Roofing Co. does not offer gutter flushing, downspout blockage clearing, or underground drainage work.

Is this a replacement for roof repairs?
No. Your assessment identifies repair needs, and maintenance packages cover limited minor work. Larger repairs receive a separate price for your approval.
What if my roof needs replacement?
We’ll explain what we find and your options. We recommend annual maintenance only when it is appropriate for the roof’s condition.
Does gutter cleaning include flushing?
No. Roof & Gutter Care includes accessible debris removal and a visual assessment. Appalachian Roofing Co. does not offer gutter flushing, downspout blockage clearing, or underground drainage work.
Does this guarantee my roof won’t leak?
No. An annual inspection records observable conditions at the visit. Maintenance does not guarantee a leak-free roof or replace necessary repairs.
