Inspection requests

The estimate or inspection form asks for your name, email address, phone number, community, and selected service needs. You may also provide a project address, message, and photos. For buying or selling inquiries, it can also collect your role, inspection or closing deadline, and assessment needs. This information is stored privately in WordPress so Appalachian Roofing Co. can review and respond to your request.

Office visit requests

The office visit form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred days and times, and discussion topic. You may also include a message. Requests are stored privately for our team to review and confirm. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

Builder plans and project files

The builder form requires your name, email address, phone number, and project location. It also accepts company details, project location, construction stage, target date, and optional PDF or image files. Uploaded plans and homeowner photos are stored outside the public website directory and are available only through an authorized administrator’s download link. They are not published in the Media Library or project gallery.

Email notifications are currently disabled. When a business notification address is configured, submissions and builder attachments may also be emailed to that address for project review.

Customer feedback

The feedback form collects your name, email address, phone number, rating, comments, and optional permission to publish. Submissions are stored privately so we can review and respond. If you grant publication permission, we may display your feedback with your first name and last initial; your email address and phone number stay private. This form does not submit reviews to Google. You may use the contact form to request removal or withdraw publication permission.

What to include

Please share only what is needed to discuss your roofing project. Do not send payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive records through the form.

Website operation

WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. The request form includes security checks and a temporary request limit to reduce automated submissions.
